What do the dues pay for?

The dues pay for your USA swimming registration, all swim meets that you participate in, team shirt, and team cap.

 

How often do I have to come to practice?

You can come from one to five days, the more often that you come the quicker you will improve.

 

How often do I have to go to swim meets?

All swim meets are optional, and they are there to show off the swimmers talent and ability.  There are only two meets per year that everyone participates in, only swimmers who can participate in two events or more will swim in these meets.

 

Do you travel for meets?

Most meets are with in an hour drive, but we will be attending one over night meet per year.  It is your option to attend the meet, but we recommend you attend.  These travel meets are a great way for the swimmers and parents to bond together.

 

How am I notified if practice is canceled, and how do I get information in general?

All immediate changes are sent by e-mail to everyone.  Please check your e-mail before practice.  Also any immediate changes will be posted to the web site.  You will also receive a weekly e-mail about updates and current weekly activities.  As always you can get most of your general information from the web site.
